How OnlyFans management works with us, from the first call to a normal week

In short: you get one manager, a weekly planning meeting, and a team that edits, posts, promotes and runs your fan chat inside the limits you set. You keep control of the decisions that are yours. Below: how that compares with other kinds of help, who decides what, and how a week actually runs.

Four ways to get help with an OnlyFans account

Not every creator needs a full agency. These are the four setups you'll run into, described the way they usually work across the market:

SetupWhat it coversHow it's usually paidWhat you controlTypical risk
Full-service agencyPlanning, editing, posting, promotion and chat, with one managerA share of earnings, sometimes a fixed monthly amountLimits, content, the final say on leavingVague contracts, or a cut taken on gross instead of net
Freelance managerStrategy and coordination; chat and editing may be extraA percentage or a monthly feeMost of the daily work stays with youOne person: if they disappear, everything stops
Chat-only teamMessaging fans and selling paid messagesA cut of chat salesEverything except the inboxChatters who cross your limits if nobody checks
Doing it yourself with toolsScheduling apps, templates, your own promotionTool subscriptionsAll of itBurnout; the chat alone can eat your whole day

When you compare, look past the price at three things: who runs the chat and whether you can read it, what the cut is based on (gross or net), and what the contract says about leaving. Those three answers tell you most of what you need to know.

What your manager does, and what the rest of the team does

Your manager is the person you talk to. She meets with you once a week, reviews what you filmed, decides with you what to film next, and answers your questions on WhatsApp or Telegram. It's the same person every week.

Behind her, the editing team cuts and schedules your posts every day, the chat team handles your inbox, and the social team runs promotion outside the platform. You don't have to manage any of them.

How a normal week runs

  • Once a week: a planning meeting with your manager. You go over what worked and agree on the next batch.
  • Filming: on your schedule on revenue share; in the agreed sessions on fixed monthly pay.
  • Every day: editing, scheduling and posting, plus work on your promo profiles.
  • All week: the chat team answers fans, and you can open any conversation.

Getting there takes three steps: a one-minute application, a message from us, and a 15-minute video call with the contract in your hands beforehand.

Words you'll hear from agencies

  • OFM: short for OnlyFans management. People use it for the agency, the manager or the work itself.
  • PPV: pay-per-view, a locked message or post a fan pays to open.
  • Chatter: the person who replies to fans on the creator's behalf.
  • Mass message: one message sent to many subscribers at once, often with a PPV attached.
  • Vault: the library inside the account where your uploaded content is stored.
  • Custom: content made to a fan's specific request.
  • Geoblocking: hiding your page from visitors in the countries you choose.
  • Rebill: a subscriber renewing for another month. Keeping fans counts as much as finding new ones.
  • Tip: extra money a fan sends without buying anything specific.
  • Net: what's left after the platform takes its fee. Always ask whether a cut is on gross or net.

Marketing agency or management agency?

A marketing agency only brings traffic to your page; a management agency also runs the page, the chat and the plan. If that's the choice you're weighing, our OnlyFans marketing agency page lays out what promotion includes with us.

What about Fansly?

We manage Fansly too, on its own or next to OnlyFans, on the same terms. Fansly has a tag-based discovery feed; OnlyFans traffic mostly comes from outside. We decide together on the call which one, or both, makes sense for you.

Creators in Eastern Europe

We work in English with creators in Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, the Baltic states, Croatia and the other countries listed in the application form. Here's what's different for you, and what isn't:

  • Same terms, same contract: 35–50% of net or 800–2,000 USD a month, as for everyone else.
  • Currency: the fixed monthly amount is set in USD. If your bank account is in euros, lei, złoty or another currency, your bank handles the conversion.
  • Payments: how and when the money reaches you is written into the contract before you sign.
  • Your data: applications are stored on servers in the European Union. The Privacy Policy covers the rest.
  • Privacy: we block your country by default, plus any others you pick.
  • Fully remote: no studio, no office, no travel.

We don't work with creators in Russia or Belarus. And this is for creators, not chat or office jobs.

If you're based in the US, the OnlyFans agency for US creators page covers contracts and taxes. Before you apply, read our terms or the common questions.
