Privacy Policy

In short: we only store what you type in the application, we use it to review it and contact you, we never sell it, and we delete it whenever you ask at info@luxonly-agency.com.

Who handles your data

Starvi Digital LLC, a company registered in New Mexico (United States), with its address at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #3524, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA. It owns the LuxOnly brand (“LuxOnly”). Privacy contact: info@luxonly-agency.com.

This policy applies to the website onlyfansagencyusa.com, operated by LuxOnly.

What data we collect

Only what you write in the application:

• Your name or nickname, your country and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Your experience creating content and the pay option you're interested in (percentage or fixed monthly pay).
• Your WhatsApp number or your Telegram username (the one you choose) and your Instagram username (if you give it).
• The page you send the application from and, if you arrived through a link with a campaign tag, that tag.

We don't ask for photos or documents on the website. If you are under 18, we don't save anything you write.

Your name or nickname, your country and your WhatsApp or Telegram are required. Without them we can't reply to you.

What we use it for

• To review your application and message you on WhatsApp or Telegram to explain how we work.
• To arrange the video call and, if both sides want it, to prepare the contract.
• To know whether you came from a Google or Microsoft ad and how far your application went (application, interview, contract), only if you accept search ad measurement. This lets us stop paying for ads that don't work.

We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

Why we can use it

Because you give your explicit consent when you tick the box, and because you ask us for information (steps before a possible contract). Ad measurement is based only on your consent. You can withdraw any consent whenever you want.

How long we keep it

We keep your application to help you and for our internal statistics, until you ask us to delete it. You can ask at any time and we delete it. If we sign a contract, the data becomes part of the contract relationship, and we keep it for as long as the law requires.

Who else sees it

Only the LuxOnly team that handles applications, and these service providers:

• IONOS SE: hosts these websites and stores your application, in the European Union.
• Cloudflare: the anti-bot check on the form (Turnstile), when it is active.
• WhatsApp (Meta) or Telegram, the one you choose: when we talk to you.
• Discord: an internal message to our team when your application arrives (your name, country, WhatsApp or Telegram, Instagram and what you chose), so we can reply quickly.
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), only if you accept search ad measurement: we keep the click code their ad adds to the web address (gclid, gbraid, wbraid or msclkid) and, for up to 90 days after that click, we send that code back with the stage your application reached and an internal value. We never send them your name, phone number, Telegram, Instagram, email or answers, not even encrypted. If you don't accept, we don't keep the code and send them nothing.

Some of these providers are in the United States. They work with the safeguards that European law requires (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, to object to it or to take it with you. Write to info@luxonly-agency.com. You can also message us “don't write to me anymore” on WhatsApp or Telegram, and we stop contacting you. If you think we did not do it right, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for personalized ads or remarketing. It only uses search ad measurement cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice (or with the optional box on the form), and you can choose each one separately:

• Search ad measurement (Google Ads): _gcl_aw and _gcl_au on this website (up to 90 days) and the click code in your browser storage (lux_clic, 90 days). To see which Google ads bring applications.
• Search ad measurement (Microsoft Advertising): only the click code (msclkid) in your browser storage (lux_clic, 90 days). We don't load any Microsoft tag.

If you reject them, the website works the same and Google and Microsoft receive nothing. We ask again after one year, and you can change your choice with “Cookie settings” on the home page. To measure which form steps people complete, we count visits per step, without cookies or personal data. The form keeps what you type in your own browser during your visit, so it isn't lost if the page reloads.
